Why not head down after work and try our Head Barman’s signature cocktail. 🥃✨ Made with cherry brandy, vodka, vanilla syrup and fresh lemon, Joe created this one with all you sweet tooths in mind!

Want to give it a go at home?

☑️ Fill your glass with ice to chill
☑️ Add 1 egg white to a shaker and shake until frothy
☑️ Add 2 shots cherry brandy, 1 shot vodka and 1 shot vanilla syrup
☑️ Add the juice of 1 lemon and a handful of ice
☑️ Shake, then strain
☑️ Get rid of the excess ice and give it one final shake
☑️ Remove the ice from your glass and pour
☑️ Garnish with your fruit of choice

Join us on Saturday 24th October from 2pm in our beautiful Sir Alfred Yarrow Suite for an afternoon of live music with Sarah Barker

Sarah is a solo vocalist bringing vintage style, classic tunes and soulful vibes! 🎶
