Beautiful delivery of fine cheeses today.
This weather is perfect for 'picky food' and nothing is better than a cheese board and crackers, maybe some figs, grapes a bowl of fresh salad..its delightful.....
We get very excited when a new cheese drops
Todays absolutely 💯 deliciousness 😋 is from Ireland its called Gortnamona. A goat's cheese made by the Cooleeney Farm family in County Tipperary, Ireland. It features a snowy-white rind with a creamy, semi-soft interior that offers delicate mushroom aromas and a mild, deliciously smooth flavor with subtle herbal notes.

Key Characteristics Milk Type: Pasteurized goat's milk Rennet: Vegetarian Maturation: Takes about 8 to 10 weeks to fully mature
Pairings: Best enjoyed on a cheeseboard or baked, and pairs beautifully with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, unoaked Chardonnay, or Riesling wine.
