🫒 𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝙑𝙀𝙍𝙔 𝙀𝙓𝘾𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙉𝙀𝙒𝙎 𝘼𝙏 𝙊𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀! 🥂 We’re absolutely delighted to announce THREE hugely deserved promotions across the team as we continue building the next chapter at Olive 🫒🧡

From 17th September, Sara, currently General Manager at The Prince William, Brixham will be making the move across Brixham Harbour to become General Manager of Olive Brixham 🙌

Sara brings a huge amount of hospitality management experience with her, including her time as owner of Small World Tapas Restaurant in Torquay, and we genuinely think she is the perfect fit to lead Olive forward 🤗

There’s also some brilliant news for our current Olive GM, Tia, who will be stepping into a new Designate General Manager role, working alongside Pietro and helping support our teams across the venues in the group 👏 A massive progression and one that is thoroughly deserved 🫶

And completing the trio is Chef Ellie 👩‍🍳 Ellie has been part of our team for five years, first joining us at Liberty Brixham at just 14 years old, before progressing through the group and becoming an important part of the kitchen team at The Prince William 🤴

Now she takes her next step, moving across to Olive as Junior Sous Chef 🫒🔥 Watching someone come into the business so young, develop their skills, work their way through the kitchens and now step into a Junior Sous Chef position is exactly the kind of progression we love to see 🥰

Three very well deserved promotions 🫶 and a really exciting new chapter ahead 😃
