We had our first private event of the year today in the snow (mainly mud by the time we set up) - it went well and we are available for most types of events through the year that you can get a Land Rover to.

I have always been quite rigid in my approach to making pizzas, using my wood-fired oven from the beginning, but having worked alongside Laura and seen her great results, this convinced me to try different possibilities - plus you can’t burn wood in a flat
