"Cornetto" Not to be confused with a croissant.
Both are delicious!

We get asked a lot what the difference is.
Although they look similar, the Italian Cornetto has a slightly different technique and ingredients than the French Croissant.

It's less flakey and airy, often filled with cream or jam and dusted with sugar.

You can find our plain or pistachio cream filled Cornetti most mornings.

Our version of "Brutti ma Buoni" packed ready to grab and go from both locations.

Although there is no flour in this recipe please note we are not a gluten free kitchen.
