We start with our signature house-made jerk chicken, piled high with a custom gooey mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend and drizzled with extra jerk sauce for that authentic kick. All pressed between thick slices of perfectly toasted bloomer bread. It’s smoky, spicy, and seriously cheesy.
