So it’s taken a while to get back to this point, but good things come to those who wait right??

October will see the rebirth of our delicious, nutritious gym meals. Nutrient rich, real food from local suppliers, made with love by 2 chefs with over 40 years of combined experience.
You will not get ‘ready to eat’ food like this in many places (probably not any) in Bristol.

Kicking off October 5th at CrossFit Fort Ashton.
