And so, after several months of planning, today we served our first dinner to the young people at 224. I’m so proud that BGK has the privilege of being the first external caterer at one of the twenty sites across the UK. We have promised to bring our unique approach to this site and hopefully demonstrate to others that cooking delicious and nutritious food for kids can be done!
This week we will ‘play the greatest hits’ as it were, an build some trust.
Pasta bolognese, chicken tikka, cottage pie, chicken and chorizo pasta bake, beef chilli to name a few.
Real food, made with heart and soul and using the best ingredients from our local suppliers.
