We have a very special guest visiting us in June
Chef Ryuichi Ueno of Ramen Hirai in Tokyo is currently on a tour of Europe, and he will be stopping here in Bristol for a full week.
We will be serving his take on Kyushu style tonkotsu - expect rich pork broth, three different kinds of chashu, and thin, snappy Hakata style noodles
As always we will have vegetarian and vegan options available, alongside our regular sides

This rare umeshu is made in Amami Ōshima over the course of two years with local cane sugar muscovado, plums, and shochu. It doesn't make it to the UK very often, but you can take some home with you after dining with us at £38 a bottle

Delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting for a special 2-day collaboration on 25/26 July here at Tomo No Ramen.

In case you aren’t already aware, Barang have been slinging Cambodian inspired plates over the last 2 years in London, Bristol & Internationally. Only this week, Tom was in Sweden cooking up some Cambodian BBQ at Holy Smoke’s annual Heyday event alongside some of the world’s biggest names in BBQ & live fire cooking.

Expect to see some of those smoky Cambodian BBQ flavours through a special collaborative menu, which will be released early next week.

Normal opening hours apply, as do reservations. We advise on early bookings for this one!

Team Tomo (which is mostly my very talented family members) are competing in the Bristol Birdman competition this June 15th. We're raising money supporting Grassroots Communities, a fantastic charity helping to uplift our city.

If you'd like to see 10 hopeful aviators crash into the docks, make sure to head down to the harbourside between 10am and midday this Father's Day.
