The Cake Shed is closed again this weekend. My husband and I have enjoyed a few days away and I’ve come back not feeling very well so no time to get everything baked and ready 😢

I’m sorry…but I will be back next weekend fully stocked and raring to go!

I’ve just done the last top up of the weekend so what’s out there is all that’s left now.

Still plenty of options, Black Forest & Guinness Cake have sold out but everything else still looking strong…for now at least 😆

Last day to grab yourself one of these Caramel Cornflake Brownies.

Brownie base topped with homemade caramel coated cornflakes - oh my!

I have had to make batches and batches of caramel to keep the shed stocked with these this weekend…and making caramel is the worst part of my job 😱😭

I’ve put 2 trays worth in the shed today to keep it more stocked up and to avoid constantly running out.

As usual, the Caramel Cornflake Brownies have been flying out of the shed today! 🤩

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll probably know about my fear of making caramel. I got burnt making it once, and honestly, it still terrifies me! 😆 But it’s one of your absolute favourites, so I have to face my fears when this appears on the menu.

Have a listen to that bubbling away (and try to ignore the sound of Katy Perry in the background 🤣). It’s actually quite satisfying to watch!

This golden caramel gets poured over crunchy cornflakes before being piled on top of rich, delicious brownies. The result? Pure heaven in every bite. 🤤✨
