If you're heading to the market tomorrow, keep your eyes peeled for Banh Wagon! Specialising in Vietnamese banh mi and banh mi bowls, these dishes are packed full of vibrant colour and flavour, and drizzled with a delicious sauce of your choice. Created during lockdown, these guys have gone from strength to strength, now with a bricks and mortar shop on Colston Street, a permanent pitch at St Nick's Market, and a regular pitch every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at Finzels Reach Market. ⁠

Unless you're new to the market, you're sure to have seen these guys! Our lovely regulars, KC Peri Peri are at the market every Friday and you'd be mad to miss out on what they have to offer. 24 hour marinated chicken, cooked over flame and served with aromatic yellow rice and crunchy slaw, with a sauce of your choice, this makes for a filling and satisfying lunch. They also sell their homemade custard tarts so why not end your meal with something sweet?⁠
