Organic Landrace breed pork chop, brined over night and then grilled over open fire served with zingy orange braised fennel and our beautifully savoury Piedmontese bagna cauda.

Spaghettoni con le sarde. 🎣🍝

A classic dish from Palermo, eaten all over Sicily, it is rarely seen outside of Italy.

Salty anchovies and oily sardines are sauteed with aromatic fennel, sweet juicy raisins and toasted pine nuts. Then all tossed through our beautiful fresh pasta and topped with a crunch of pangrattato.

Just the dish to be slurped up with a bright glass of Vinho Verde while you day dreaming of sunny shores
