Tagliolini, prawn alla Calabrese, pangratatto.

A new pasta dish we’re really proud of. Tagliolini with prawn alla Calabrese, creamy, salty, a little sweet, and full of flavour from the prawn bisque. The crunchy pangrattato on top brings it all together, and honestly… nothing beats fresh pasta made by hand every morning. 💛
