Iggy 💙
Our new Restaurant Manager at RAGÙ and we couldn’t be prouder.
Some people just lift a room. Iggy has been doing that since day one with us - with kindness, humour and a genuine care for the people around him. He’s an all round legend: a huge supporter of both FOH and BOH, a wizard behind the bar, a natural problem solver and the most approachable presence in the building.
He goes out of his way to recognise people for their efforts. He makes the team feel safe, appreciated and seen. He’s a fountain of knowledge, a brilliant teacher, and creates beautiful drinks without ever tasting them himself. He keeps things light until it’s time to crack on, and then somehow makes the hard days fun. Always early, always here on his days off 🙈 always ready, always helping.
Iggy has shaped so much of RAGÙ’s personality - the warmth, the friendliness, the sense of being welcomed and looked after. His charm, humour and graft have become part of who we are.
We’re incredibly proud of him, grateful for him, and excited for this next chapter led by someone who genuinely cares.
