Here on the Skewered Bristol page I intend to document and promote our passion. This business is owned and run by Ed Bishop and David Austen-Adams. We have both been in the industry for most of our working lives and have finally decided to do it for ourselves. We want to bring high quality produce, ethical trading and some great tasting skewers to festivals, parties, food festivals and fe
te's around the country. Starting with marinated Chicken Satay and Sweet Chilli Pork Skewers and Ed's home made flat bread with various delicious salads to complete our menu, we intend to start small but excellent allowing us to develop our range over the coming years.......
