Ever tried a Tunnocks cookie? 🍪

Chewy caramel and crispy wafer in cookie form - what’s not to like! We’ve got a batch on the counter today :)

The cafe is open today, Sunday and Monday 9am-4pm but we are CLOSED tomorrow for a family event. Thanks for your understanding 💛

What to do with broad beans! 🫛🌱

If you’re like me and had never cooked with broad beans before they started popping up here at and in the veg boxes, here’s a little tutorial of one way to use them in your summer salads 🫛

1) Remove the beans from the pods
2) Place them in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes to loosen the skins
3) Drain and quickly place in ice water for another few minutes
4) Peel each bean (this is the long bit!)
5) Rinse then add to any salad you like!

It’s always a treat when I manage to drink my coffee while it’s still warm 😅

The cafe and farm shop are open 9am-4pm and we’re stuffed with goodies!

Pick up a garden full of £1 plants grown here at by the lovely and .studio as well as tomato plants by the farm market gardeners! 🌱

Top up on eco-friendly bits and bobs from .uk - newly opened by our local resident yoga teacher here at the farm! ☀️

And of course, tuck into a tasty coffee and maybe a slice of house-made banana and chocolate loaf, or our spring lunch special while you’re at it ☕️
