Bristol, what a weekend!
On Friday and Saturday we made our Bokman debut at Bristol Craft Beer Festival () and the welcome blew us away.
We brought back a few familiar dishes - the resident Bokman Port Hilly oysters with kimchi ice brine and our Gochu Twigim - alongside something new. Mekju, our Korean-style rice lager brewed in collaboration with . Seeing so many of you try it for the first time was so special.
Huge thanks to everyone who joined us over the two days, and to for organising a brilliant event.
