Our game and lamb when in season, are sourced from Barwhillanty Estate, a hidden gem in Southwest Scotland owned by the Thwaites family since 1884.
Renowned for its beautiful escapes and exceptional produce, Barwhillanty Estate prioritises sustainability and animal welfare.
