We are in the very privileged position that coffee roasteries want to be on our shelves and send us samples. Most of these are excellent, and we would like to showcase all them but also feel that we want to support our core roasteries that have supported us since the start. Therefore, we are somewhat conflicted and very conscientious about who we choose to order from.
When Ella from came to visit us late last year we were blown away by the quality of their coffee samples and the generosity of what coffees were included.
That meant we had to order from them when the timing was right, and the time is now!

The retail options are on our shelves now and the espresso will be on the bar sometime late next week.
