Biblos has evolved from its early inception and the menu now comprises of a range of our signature wraps plus our mezze dishes and classic larger mains. Enjoy our popular Jerk Chicken, JFC (Jerk Fried Chicken) and famous challenge wraps. Biblos and Calypso Kitchen Mezze Bar can be found in the vibrant independent hub that is Wapping Wharf in Bristol. Our restaurant offers sit in, and takeaway. We

are also on Deliveroo. Biblos Stokes croft is an express café and take away. Our kitchen allows us to provide outside catering for corporate and private functions. We also cater for parties, weddings and offer a delivery services to local business on larger orders when placed in advance. Our food is tasty, fresh, healthy and fast. We only use quality ingredients and are inspired by Middle Eastern and Caribbean cuisine. We are a proud independent business with 12 years in the game. We treat our staff as we treat our family 🖤

This role is Thursday - Monday, with a 10:30 start and generally finishing around 13:30. Pay is £11ph.

You need to be physically fit as lifting and carrying will be part of the daily jobs.
