From the 17th May, we are pleased to be reopening our dine in services 😃

Therefore we are now taking bookings for the reopening.

Please be aware of Covid rules when making your booking.

Customers can eat and drink indoors, in groups of up to six people, or two households of any size.

Please book to avoid disappointment as we will have limited capacity whilst we observe social distancing.

As always takeaway collection and delivery services remain unaffected.

This is all subject to change upon latest government guidelines.

To our customers, if you’re struggling to get through to us, we are extremely busy at the moment, therefore will be temporarily pausing taking new orders via telephone, Just Eat, Uber Eats and Chef Online for the next hour or so until we’ve caught up with the backlog.

To all our customers,

Following the launch of our delivery service and incredible support received we'd like to say thank you.

We're still adjusting and looking to improvements wherever we can.

We've noticed, customers who use ChefOnline for collection services, are often coming to collect earlier than the specified collection time. This is because an initial email is sent by ChefOnline to the customer which automatically provides a default 30 minute completion time.

However, once we received the order on our side, depending on how busy we are, this time can be extended. A 2nd email should be sent automatically to the customer with the new revised time to collect. However, this 2nd email can sometimes appear in the customer's junk mailbox.

Therefore, please check your junk mailbox for the 2nd email.

If a 2nd email is not received, please contact us directly on 01454 250200 to see when you should collect.

Especially during this pandemic, we'd like to not keep our customers waiting and keep the premise as vacant as possible.

This does not affect JustEat orders.

We’re delighted to announce we will be offering our very own delivery service from tomorrow onwards. Please call us directly to make an order on 01454 250 200.

We are also going live on Just Eat from tomorrow enabling you to make an order from the comfort of your own home.

Please note collection orders made via telephone are eligible for 10% discount if less than £20 and 15% if above £20.

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all keeping safe and well.

We at the Frampton Balti will like to announce after careful consideration and in light of recent events, and like all other businesses we've had a review of our business operations.

Since opening our restaurant doors in 2007, we've operated as a BYO drinks restaurant (including soft drinks). We will continue to be a BYO restaurant however, we will restrict this to alcohol only therefore non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks can only be bought and consumed at the premise.

This change will come into effect from 1st September 2020.

We appreciate this may not appease some of our customers, however, to keep our business a viable proposition and not completely remove the BYO element, we've had to make this necessary change.
