The menu has been restructured - same food, just a clearer format (might take a moment to get used to!)

New dishes:

✨Oyako Don

✨Katsu Don

✨Nasu Dengaku (vegan)

New option:

✨Chotto Light Meal Set - £6.6

Half rice + main (a small amount of karaage / tofu / pork katsu) + 1 veggie side + pickle

→ A smaller, balanced bowl!

Officially accredited as an authentic Japanese restaurant 🎉🙌🏻

What a privilege to be accredited as an authentic Japanese restaurant by Nintei Nihon Restaurant! They assessed my ingredients, cooking style, and menu to ensure they meet Japanese standards.

Being authentic can be challenging - with limited and expensive ingredients, differences in water, and varying expectations.

But my belief is simple: to serve food that I would proudly serve in Japan!

This recognition means a lot to me, and I hope more people will enjoy truly authentic Japanese food 🫶🏻
