Nearly 5 years Ago I started this wonderful journey of making chocolate!
Am moving to my dreamed place, and starting the challenge of becoming an online retailer. I look forward to creating new and improved designs and recipes for my chocolate boxes. Please stay in touch and thank you all so much for your support throughout this few years!
Don’t worry I will pass on hot chocolates to the lovely team taking over the shop! They will transition it, slowly, so you can still get chocolates in store for a few more weeks!
Also is my birthday/leaving due this Friday, pm me if you are coming to say bye!

I am in love with the result of my chocolates this year, such vibrant colours !
The more you do something the better you get at it, I remember when I didn’t even know how to make cute ribbons, but now all of them look stunning! Congratulations to me on my 5th Christmas as a Chocolatier!

🟢Pistachio Milk Chocolate in a 70.5% Dark Chocolate Shell.
Part of my Christmas collection for this year, expect many shinny colours and exotic flavours!
Did you know I hand paint with cacao butter and natural food colouring, at the same time I temper (the thing that makes it shinny) each colour by hand and brush individually onto every cavity of my chocolate moulds, and that’s why they all look special and unique!
