Have you ever had Merguez Sausages?

Juicy, flavoured with North African spices, the smell of these on the chargrill is pure barbecue season.

These, like all of our meat come from and are 50% beef/ 50% lamb.

If you haven't tried them, what are you waiting for.

We've never done calamari before (weird for a tapas bar right?) but thought it would go down well this weekend in the sun.

Our chefs have been trialling a few recipes & this one was the winner - perfect with a glass of Vinho Verde.
