Taking pride in making good quality products - pure apple juice and traditional styles of cider - we do everything ourselves and by hand, from picking to pressing and bottling. We are based in a large wooden roundhouse at the Barley Wood walled garden (also home to the Ethicurean restaurant and a productive organic market garden) just south of Bristol overlooking the Mendip Hills. We have two beautiful orchards at the walled garden with over 60 varieties of apples, from aromatic Ashmead’s Kernel to the bittersweet Harry Masters Jersey. We also use surplus fruit from local people’s gardens in exchange for juice or cider. Get in touch if you are local and interested in stocking our juice or cider, or if you have spare apples!
