💚Green Chutney Wings💚
Four wings marinated in an aromatic paste of shallots, lemongrass, ginger and chillies, then coated in a spiced wet batter mix and double fried. Served up with a big drizzle of fresh and zingy green chutney and garnished with fresh red chillies.

Already a firm favourite of Big Boss (see slide 2), these wings are available for dine in and via our online "Cluck and Collect" service at www.wingsdiner.co.uk until the end of April.

We're not just all about delicious crispy fried chicken, we also offer veggie/vegan alternatives.

One of our most popular veggie/vegan dishes is the katsu curry dirty fries. Chopped "no chicken" bites and cheese on a bed of crunchy chilli salt fries topped with a Japanese style curry sauce, pickled red cabbage, furikake flakes and spring onions.

🍗Miso Honey Butter Wings🍗

Some of you may have already spotted these on the menu last week, the brainchild of our Kitchen Manager Som, and already proving to be a hit with the staff and customers that don't always fancy a spicy wing sauce.

Four crispy wings tossed in a rich buttery miso sauce and garnished with spring onions, furikake seasoning and a fresh wedge of lime on the side.

Available for dine in and click and collect.

As part of birthday celebrations last weekend we did a little food collaboration with the team.

We used their 'Motor City' tomato based sauce to create our special, the Chicken Parm Burger 🍗🍔

Juicy chicken thigh, Motor City sauce, roasted pepper relish, melted mozzarella and a good sprinkle of parmesan.

It will only be available for this weekend and then it's getting retired like Tommy in Goodfellas.

So if you want to give it a try our opening hours for the weekend are:

Saturday: 12pm - 9:30pm
Sunday: 2:30pm - 9:30pm
