He loves to order one when eating out & that is the key to making one of the best versions money can buy. As a chef, what better reason to make something? By weather like this the sweet spot in dining is two fold. A cool fully air conditioned room with lots of natural light ✔️and small plates of tasty fresh seasonal produce ✔️. We are open and we are staying cool upstairs and down. Menu reflects both he weather and the season. Our wine room is also a winner for keeping everything just as it should be when it gets to your glass
