His Aim over the years has been to bring the freshest, most traditional Italian cooking to Bristol. Giuseppe's On the Steps was created in 2010 by Giuseppe Calcagno. It was formely known as Marcos which was founded in 1961 by Marco Berni. Giuseppe changed the name in 2010 because he felt it was about time his name was on the window. His aim when he arrived in Bristol 35 years ago was to bring fres

h Italian cooking at a reasonable price. Giuseppe's uses only the freshest ingredients (where possible are locally sourced) to create a real Italian dining experience in the heart of Bristol. The menu is carefully picked by Giuseppe to bring traditional Italian recipes to our customers.

Great news today that Bristol is moving to Tier 2 and we can reopen safely!!!!

We will be opening this Saturday from 12 noon!

We will also be opening on Sunday 20th from 12 noon!

Then we will be back to our normal opening hours from Monday 21st!

We are really pleased to announce that we will be opening our doors tomorrow, Saturday 4th July at 12 noon until late!!

Giuseppe's are still open for business!

We have spaced out our tables (inline with social distancing guidelines) and ensuring all surfaces/cutlery/glasses etc are cleaner than ever!

We are increasing our offering of takeaway's so if anyone is struggling to get pasta from the shops we are able to still cook you up a storm that you can enjoy from your own home.

We are also looking into doing deliveries for people in the city centre who are struggling to leave the house or self-isolating.

We are also here for you if you need any help with getting supplies so please feel free to give us a call on 0117 9264869 if you need some help!!
