We are hiring! ✨

We are looking for a passionate full-time chef to join our team! If you’re creative, love whipping up delicious dishes, and have a flair for all things food, we’d love to hear from you.

The role:

Weekdays - Dayshifts - Independent role!
Creating brunch dishes, counter food, sandwiches and cakes 🍰

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of food production & kitchen operations
• Baking knowledge
• Menu design and development
• 2+ years kitchen management

our merch is back 🙌

Our t-shirts sold out far quicker than we expected (thank you 🙏), and we haven’t had a chance to restock just yet, but in the meantime, we’ve got fresh hoodies and tote bags available in-store!!

We’ve kept the BS1 detail front and centre as a nod to being right in the heart of Bristol ❤️
And of course, a subtle tribute to our iconic tiled wall had to make an appearance.
