وهذي برقر الدجاج تتبيله الدجاج: الخطوه 1 :-- تضع الدجاج في ماء الخل -تضع البهرات الي تفضلها (كا البهارات الحاره او الفلف...

وهذي برقر الدجاج

تتبيله الدجاج:
الخطوه 1 :-

- تضع الدجاج في ماء الخل
-تضع البهرات الي تفضلها (كا البهارات الحاره او الفلفل البارد او ما شابه...)
-ملح (حسب الكميه)
-تتنقع لمده يوم كامل
الخطوة 2:-

بعدها ننشف الدجاج ثم
-نضع زبادي حسب الكميه
-ملح (والملح لازم بكل خطوه)
- اي بهارات تفضلها
- ملعقه ثوم او على حسب الكميه
- نص ملعقه بيكم بودر

نخليها في الثلاجه لمده 7 ساعات

الخطوه 3 :-
بعد ما نخلص من التنقيع
نجهز الطحين وتضع فيه ما تفضل مع الطحين للتطعيم
علم ان الملح لازم بكل خطوة.
