All of our mains and desserts are vegan and gluten-free and keep in the fridge for 3 days. Mains can also be frozen so that you can order a weeks supply of meals if you wish 😊 Thank you for all your support and orders, we are a small independent business and we really appreciate it - we’ve had some fantastic feedback and have loved being back in business again and supplying all our locals!!

Quinoa and puy lentil ‘meatballs’ in a spicy coconut sauce. Quinoa is rich in protein, dietary fibre, B vitamins and dietary minerals in amounts greater than many grains. So you can treat yourself and be super healthy too - win win!!
