Such a busy week at Friends Kitchen - Amigos Cocina 🙌🏼

Yes, it was extremely hot, but with the help from our amazing team, friends and understanding customers, we made it through!

We’re back open on Wednesday, serving Amigos Tapas.

The sun is shining and it’s hot, hot, hot!

Please bear in mind, the kitchen is about 20 degrees hotter than outside, with all the equipment on and the fridges chucking out a bit of extra heat for us! 🥵
We are trying our best, in a not so pleasant environment!

(Last night, I ran out of so many things because I was not expecting to be so busy! Plus I was let down by one of my suppliers)

Huge THANK YOU, to the superstar that is Linda ‘Macarena’ Lammond, who came and helped out in the restaurant this evening!

Grace did an amazing job, holding the fort front of house, after only working a couple of shifts previously!
