Hot take incoming ☕️🔥

This week’s Coffee Shot lands at Gandies, where Molly drops one that might divide the room:
“Coffee should never be ordered extra hot.”

Here’s the thing… coffee itself already comes out near boiling. You can’t really make it “extra hot” without changing something else.

What actually happens?
The milk gets pushed past its sweet spot — overheated, losing its natural sweetness, and picking up that slightly burnt, flat taste.

All that care in the espresso? Kind of undone.

So the real question is:
Do you want it hotter… or do you want it to taste better? 👀
