🔥 NEW FOR WELLS FOOD FESTIVAL 2026: BIG NATH’S FIRE STAGE! 🔥

We are VERY excited to be bringing a brand-new live-fire stage to this year’s ! ❤️‍🔥

Throughout the day, Nath and Kins will be hosting three BBQ demos, firing up the incredible Asado grills from Somerset Grill Co and sharing plenty of BBQ tips, techniques and live-fire chat along the way.

We’ll be cooking with ingredients from some of our favourite local producers too — including Moist Hummus, GingerBeard's Preserves and Barber's Farmhouse Cheddar — all of whom you’ll also find at the festival! 🧀🔥

NEW FOR 2026: INTRODUCING BIG NATH’S FIRE STAGE!

Don’t miss our brand-new feature for Wells Food Festival 2026 –BBQ demonstrations from Bristol BBQ legend Nathan Ritchie!

Nathan, founder of Big Nath’s, will be turning up the heat with live sessions throughout the day. Watch as he cooks up a mouth-watering menu using ingredients from some of our fantastic local artisan traders, all on the incredible Ultimate Asado grills from Somerset Grills.

Expect sizzling flavours, expert tips on smoking and grilling, and plenty of lively BBQ chat.

WINKLE PICKER x BIG NATH’S BBQ ❤️‍🔥

We’re teaming up once again with our brilliant Rach from for a full day dedicated to preparing and cooking beautiful seafood over fire.

Expect a proper hands-on BBQ class filled with Rach’s expert seafood knowledge, plenty of live-fire cooking, big flavours and, of course, an incredible seafood feast.

If you feel nervous about buying, preparing or barbecuing seafood — or simply want to add some exciting new dishes to your repertoire — we’ll give you the skills and confidence to recreate it all at home.

Our fav crumpet Christian Stevenson is heading back to Bristol, for a festive edition BBQ class. We had such a blooming glorious time hosting him earlier this year that we just wanted more!!

🔥 MEATOPIA 2026 x YETI 🔥

When our YETI fam asked us to represent them at Meatopia this year, we jumped at the chance! ❤️‍🔥

For once, we weren’t there to cook — we took over the YETI stand for four brilliant, bonkers days of coolers, drinkware, giveaways and chatting all things BBQ with thousands of fire-loving humans.

It was a HUGE undertaking, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without our awesome team. Massive thanks to Eugene, Imo, Dean, Hannah, Charlie, Cass and Carolyn. ❤️

And not forgetting the bloomin’ glorious Sara — I stole a photo because you absolutely had to be included! — and our lovely Grace. We adore you both! MERCI BEAUCOUP 🫶🏻

We worked incredibly hard, laughed a lot, learnt LOADS and came home completely knackered — but very proud of what we pulled off together.

Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful brand and ALL the support you’ve given us over the years! And thank you Meatopia UK for having us.

What a week. What a team. What an experience. 🔥❤️

We’re headed to Meatopia UK London for the week — but we’re not there to cook… we’re working with our wonderful team! ❤️

You’ll find us in Quayside Hall on the YETI stand from Thursday through Sunday, surrounded by a frankly dangerous amount of coolers, drinkware and lovely things.

🔥🚗 CARFEST, YOU WERE MAGIC 🚗🔥

What a weekend. ❤️

Our third year at CarFest and somehow it just keeps getting better. We cooked, talked, taught, laughed, danced, thought up new concepts and generally had a bloody brilliant time. 🔥

Nath took to the Napoleon Premium BBQs United Kingdom stage, we got nerdy about wood on panels, ran our rub workshop with our brilliant pal Brendan (who we shamelessly poached from the Lumberjaxe Food Company 🪵😂), and spent the weekend surrounded by some truly incredible people from the food world and beyond.

And amongst all the madness, we got to hang out with some of our favourite humans and take it all in. 🥹🫶🏻We came home absolutely knackered, incredibly happy and very, very grateful. ❤️

To everyone who cooked with us, hosted us (our BBQ Aunties 🫶🏻), came to watch us, chatted BBQ, hugged us, fed us, drank with us or made us laugh — THANK YOU.

What a bloody lovely world we get to be part of. 🔥❤️🚗
