An evening of great food, brilliant company and exactly the sort of atmosphere we love creating. It really was one of those special nights.

A huge thank you to the team at BBC Radio 4, producer Dave James and presenter Winifred Robinson for having Nath on. It was a real privilege to chat about our independent small business, BBQ culture, the joy of cooking outdoors, and a few of my favourite recipes. 🔥

It’s always a bit surreal talking about something you genuinely love with such a brilliant team, and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity.

🔥🍖 WHAT A DAY. WHAT A GUY. WHAT A BBQ MASTER. 🍖🔥

We were SO lucky to have the absolute legend Christian Stevenson join us recently for a guest BBQ class at BBQ HQ 🤘🔥

We’re going to be a little bit cheesy here… but we genuinely have so much respect, admiration and love for this man. ❤️ We’ve got the books 📚, we’ve watched the shows 📺, we’ve followed the journey for years… and judging by how quickly the tickets disappeared, we know lots of you feel exactly the same! 🙌

The day was packed full of great food, fire, belly laughs, stories and plenty of BBQ geekery 🤓🔥

And don’t worry… this won’t be the last. 👀 We’ve already got plenty of scheming, plotting and hustling together in the works! 🤝🔥

Also, a special mention to Will Trollope … who decided the occasion called for his finest BBQ budgy smugglers. 🌭🩲😂 OF COURSE!

We had an absolute blast at the Great British Kitchen at the a couple of weeks ago. From cooking to cocktail demos (and plenty of laughter in between), it was one of those days that reminds us why we love what we do!

A huge THANK YOU to 🧀 for having us involved and to everyone who stopped by to watch, chat and cheer us on!
