Sending a massive hello to all my lovely regular customers, and a very warm welcome to everyone new here!
It’s Mina here from Mina’s Thai Kitchen! I’m back at my usual spot in Lyde Green 🟢🇬🇧.
After a two-and-a-half-year break to focus on being a single mum while my little one was small (and things got a bit too hectic!), I’m so happy to be back. My health is great, and my child is now big enough to let mummy back in the kitchen to whip up some lovely evening meals for you all.
I’ve been passionate about cooking since I was a little girl, learning every single recipe from my grandmother. She taught me to care about every tiny detail—from buying only the freshest ingredients to using specific brands that make the food taste just right.
For me, quality always comes first! 💯
Every single portion and box is freshly cooked to order—never pre-cooked. I select only the finest, freshest meat and vegetables because you deserve the best.
I know how incredibly busy life can get, so I want my food to be the perfect treat after a tiring day. I make sure every dish looks beautiful and gives you that “dining out in a proper restaurant” feeling, but with the comfort of eating at home.
Taste-wise, my dishes are not focused on heavy spice. It’s my original style tailored for you here—mild, fragrant, and beautifully balanced. But of course, if you’re a fan of proper spicy food, just let me know and I’ll gladly spice it up for you! 🔥
