Our wonderful head barista Yana will soon be going back to work for Skylark Coffee again, which means we are looking for a new Head Barista.

These are big Doc Martens to fill, but if you think you’ve got what it takes to take over the role we would love to hear from you.

We work with speciality coffee, we have more Brighton Restaurant Awards than any other business in the city, and Time Out declared us the “Number 1 brunch spot in Brighton & Hove”, so you know our standards are high.
