The latest version of our seasonal eggs dish is ridiculously good.

organic poached eggs in real Greek yoghurt, grilled pak choi, crispy edamame beans, fresh coriander & drizzled with a Thai dressing to give it some extra ping plus a flatbread for scooping it all up with.

Thank you to for having us at the party last night.

It’s always great to catch up with Ivanka & the BRAVO team, as well as mingling with the best of the Brighton food & drink scene.

We’ve been fortunate enough to have been to these parties as a winner or runner up (or both!) every year since they began and it always gives us immense pride to see our photo up on the big screen.

About a year or so ago someone left this photo of five young women, dated January 2007, in the cafe. We didn’t know who it belonged to so we stuck it to the back of the coffee machine with a magnet in case they ever came back.

We’ve now assumed this photo might never get claimed, so we decided to put it in a frame and added it to the picture wall downstairs.

These five women will now be part of Starfish & Coffee history, but we have to create a backstory for them.

Please comment below who they should be reinvented as and we’ll make a little plaque for them.
