Fresh vegan sushi burritos served at festivals and in Brighton. Happy Maki is all about sushi rolled fresh to order.

is a winner for all. As well as our Brighton restaurant, we also have a sushi bar which runs out of a gorgeous french Renault Estafette called Gloria- a true trendsetter on the British Street Food scene. Oh and if you're wondering... Why no fish? - sushi actually means "seasoned rice" anyway.

Some decisions are simply too difficult to make. So we didn’t. 👀

Mango Satay bringing the sweet, nutty freshness, Katsu doing what Katsu does best with all that crispy comfort, and Philadelphia coming through creamy with a little kick.

Get all three in the middle, grab a fork and accept that everyone will suddenly become very protective over their favourite. 🥢

Three rolls, three very different moods 🥢

🍤 Caliprawnia: vegan prawn, avocado, sesame seeds, soy sauce, cucumber and sriracha mayo for a little kick.

🌶️ Fully Loaded: vegan chicken, sweet potato, cucumber, avocado, spring onion, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and crispy chilli oil. And yes, it lives up to the name.

🦆 Hoisin: vegan duck, avocado, crunchy red cabbage, spring onion, cucumber, sesame seeds and plenty of glossy hoisin-style soy sauce.
