For the first time at LOAM we are featuring London based roaster

On espresso Colombia - El Jaragual
A blend of 66% Colombia and 34% Castillo. Washed / Thermal Shock / Yeast Inoculated by producers Jorge Mira and Jonny Martinez. Expect Guava jam, vanilla pods, melon gummy sweets 🍈 🍬 🍑

On filter Colombia - Luz Angela’s Chiroso
Funky & sweet process forward aromatics - ripe strawberries & poached pear. In the cup it’s dense, chewy - like gummy bears, strawberry yoghurt 🍓🍭🍐

We’re running two incredible espressos from at the moment.

First up Berramisu, for this Honey process Costa Rica cherries are selectively handpicked, inspected, and washed before undergoing a 48-hour fermentation in tanks. They are then dried for 48 hours before being pulped, with the parchment and mucilage returned to raised beds to finish drying over 14 days. The result is a jammy and creamy cup with notes of berry marmalade, fluffy cream, and brown sugar, great as an espresso or with milk.

Second is Banana Split, for those that love banana milkshake! Finca Milan based in Colombia produced this coffee through advanced fermentation to give this castillo a tasting profile of banana, toffee, caramel and pineapple. After washing and de-pulping, the coffee undergoes fermentation and when the Ph indicators are reached, a starter is added. It is made using yeast, bacteria, as well as microbes contained in fruits (pineapple and banana). It lasts 170 hours, after which the coffee cherries are dried under the sun, notes of banana, green melon, toffee.

We’re excited to unveil the LOAM X DAK collaboration coffee, a showstopper to end the year on a high note! Featuring a Colombia Pink Bourbon from Zarza. This unique coffee is a product of dedication, passion, and innovation.

Produced by Jhonathan Gasca, a young coffee farmer from Pitalito, Huila, this coffee goes through an intricate process: 24-hour cherry recollection & oxidation, 24-hour anaerobic fermentation, depulping, followed by a second 32-hour anaerobic fermentation, thermal shock to remove mucilage, and then washed and dried for 8+ days.

Jhonathan’s journey began in a family focused on quantity over quality, but he dared to dream big and push for excellence. With the help of friends like the Lasso family, he’s been perfecting his craft and is determined to bring his family’s legacy to global recognition.

Final weeks to enjoy our summer drinks menu. As well as the usual popular homemade cold brew and Iced matcha we have our signature coffee based cold drinks. The delicately crafted cold brew spritz made using our house made syrup, our ever favourite espresso tonic and not forgetting what has become our summer staple cereal infused iced latte.
