Aquatic Ape Theory are a five-piece indie psych/pop outfit based in Brighton, UK. AAT have begun to build a buzz for their nostalgic instrumentals, relatable lyrics, and varied live shows - with heavier, electronic influences as well as more laid back indie folk-esque tracks.


LAIKK is an innovative yet familiar sounding four-piece indie rock project. Their music fluctuates between nostalgic, bittersweet indie and evocative, guitar-driven rock numbers.

Mestengo is a three-piece alternative band taking influence from a melting pot of genres from surf-rock to indie, midwest-hardcore and grunge. They’ve been touring relentlessly around Brighton following the release of their debut EP - The Infinite After Butcher. In celebration of Great Escape they’ll be performing a stripped back, unplugged set for the first time, bringing acoustic melodies and luscious vocal harmonies to PrezEds


Grimrite is an art-rock solo project turned four-piece band from Brighton defined by airy vocals, moody basslines and hypnotic, gazey guitars. The evolution into a full ensemble has transformed Grimrite from its roots in experimental soundscapes into a bold, fuzzy exploration of experience, each song a microcosmic blend of surreal, yet sentimental songwriting.

Jackson. is a Brighton-based artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist blending modern elements of indie alternative and experimental R&B to create sounds that feel authentic yet familiar. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Mk.gee, ML Buch, and Caroline, his music reflects his love for both atmospheric textures and heartfelt song writing. Writing and recording from his bedroom setup has allowed Jack to experiment freely, shaping a sound that feels both intimate and cinematic.

Oral Habit is a Brighton based psychedelic rock band formed in 2023 by Charlie Hales as a home recording project, later joined by younger brother Felix Hales (drums), and Tippi Lewis (bass). Over the last year they’ve earned a reputation across the UK underground for ferocious live shows and a ruthless DIY spirit. The release of their debut four-track EP ‘Garage Frock!’ on vinyl & cassette set them on their first nationwide tour in September 2025.


Distress Call are the latest up-and-coming GrungeGaze band from the south coast of the UK. Fusing inspiration from math rock, emocore, grunge, shoegaze, and prog metal, they create a sonic cocktail of doomy-and-gloom emboldened by waves of high intensity guitar riffs and haunting vocals. Taking their inspiration from music and cinema alike, Distress Call sounds like the music equivalent of a found footage horror film of the 90s, aiming to bring their sound barraging to the top of the scene with a nostalgic, unsettling intensity.


With a boisterous mix of mod, northern soul and ska with a reprobate punk attitude, The Getaway are making noise and getting people moving around the Mod capital. Consisting of Drew, Gio, Stan and Alex, they combine mod style with a hedonistic attitude, treating their gigs as a party rather than standard performance, with a rousing sound guaranteed to get people moving no matter the venue. Anthemic music and their intrinsic connection with their audience is core, and their small but powerful following in Brighton means a pit is always around the corner, Drew never afraid to jump headfirst to mosh with their loyal fans.


Nagasaki Dog began in 2020 as a joint music-art project between to Brighton-based brothers. Over the years the band has evolved and seen different dogs step in and out of the pack. As comfortable stepping on a distortion pedal as stepping in time to a Bossa Nova beat, the NagDog sound is varied but squeezes itself somewhere between indie rock and post-punk.

Max Adriaan. is an originally Dutch artist breaking through in the UK RnB/Jazz scene. His tunes range from insights into his own life, trying to capture a jazzy sparkle in his own emotions to motivational funky r&b & soul beats.


The Devils Lotus are a Brighton based theatrical psychedelic rock and dub reggae band. They’re sure to bring dramatic outfits and a fun theatrical energy to every show!

Imani Ruiz is a Neo-Soul/R&B artist whose sound is best described as soulful, smooth, and intimately mellow. Drawing influence from foundational artists like Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Etta James, and contemporary talent like Sasha Keable, Imani delivers music that feels both warm and deeply introspective.


Tia Ice is a Brighton based, spiritual, neo-soul fusion artist. Making self-reflection sound sweet; her relaxed groove invites a soul lift, allowing her listeners a break from the soul shift.


Clementine is smooth and sweet neo jazz and soul overseen by the egg of juju, who demands to see you groove.

Shifting seamlessly between tight rhythmic sections and expansive, expressive passages. Uptempo raps, groove, and dynamic songwriting drive the band’s sound. Rooted in Brighton’s eclectic music scene, Goetia draw on a wide range of influences while maintaining a strong collective identity. Their music pairs intricate arrangements with hooks and moments of spontaneity that keep listeners engaged.

Ristretto, a five-piece band bringing you new-wave jazz, funk and soul from Brighton. They blend elements of shoegaze, R&B and classic jazz through nuanced lyrics and carefully composed chaos. Formed in late 25’, they’re new to the scene but taking it by storm. Green Door Store, The Albert, Hope and Ruin, they’ve come in swinging in the short 6 months they’ve been together.
