Meet Tash 🌻

Tash is the manager of The Milk Shed on Prince Albert Street, but her journey with the company started several years ago at our sister company, The Flour Pot on First Avenue.

She joined us as a barista and has worked her way through the company, progressing through senior and head barista roles before joining Mini Milk, where she eventually became manager.

It’s been lovely to see Tash grow with the company over the years, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of the team!

Shed Brew is back in the hopper at the Roastery by popular demand 💫

Shed Brew is the blend you’ll recognise from our sister company, The Flour Pot Bakery

Currently a blend of Brazil, Colombia and Nicaragua, it’s a real classic espresso. Rich and cosy, with deep chocolate, roasted almond and soft brown sugar sweetness.
