Made with real matcha imported all the way from Kyoto, Japan 🇯🇵

We’ve carefully tested and refined our recipe to achieve the perfect balance that makes it special ✨

Because of this, we’re unable to accommodate extreme custom changes such as adding salt, protein powder, espresso, or adjusting the milk-to-water ratio.

If we keep changing it, at what point is it no longer our matcha latte… is it still Mogu’s matcha latte? ( •̆•̥•̑)?

Similarly, we’re unable to offer certain extreme modifications to our donburi dishes, such as Oyako Don without egg and sauce, or Katsu Don without seasoning, as they are prepared to maintain their intended flavour balance.

🐈‍⬛ 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐭 𝐉𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 🍼

Coffee jelly (コーヒージェリー) is a popular Japanese dessert made from black coffee, gently set into a soft jelly and served chilled, often with cream for a smooth and slightly bittersweet treat ☕️

Our Coffee Jelly Cat is gelatine-free and vegetarian 🤟🏼

The feedback has been amazing, so we will be offering it more regularly as requested ฅ(`ꈊ´ฅ)

P.S. It’s a delicate, brittle jelly rather than a jiggly pudding, so it’s available for dine-in only.
