In December and January we got involved with the Brighton Night Shelter project for rough sleepers in Brighton and Hove. Cooking over New Year and Christmas we served over 140 portions of food so far

Oh boy it's been a while since we posted anything!! - we've been busy cooking for the Brighton center night shelter for homeless people this New Year. 30 people who normally sleep rough on the streets of Brighton have temporary accommodation at the Brighton center over Christmas and New Year. Last nights' menu Malaysian chicken and coconut curry plus butter dahl. Tonight it's Vietnamese lemongrass pulled pork and stir fried vegetable noodles.
