Tucked away in the Brighton Lanes, 64 Degrees is a small restaurant with an open kitchen where our passionate chefs serve an amazing tasting menu using fresh, local produce. While we were in San Sebastián, we ate an incredible tagliatelle that stayed with me.

It brought me straight back to the truffle pasta we used to serve at 64 Degrees — so naturally, I had to bring it back. ❤️

Long evenings, drinks in the garden, and food made for sharing.

As the sun goes down, The Canopy takes on a different feel, with a menu inspired by northern Spain and built around the best local ingredients. Expect everything from Iberico jamón and lobster croquettes to slow braised pork cheek, tempura monkfish and our Basque cheesecake.

Fluffy pancakes, warm blueberry compote, whipped vanilla cream cheese and maple syrup.

Fun fact: Blueberries are one of the very few foods that are naturally blue. Their colour comes from anthocyanins – natural compounds that also give them their rich flavour and are packed with antioxidants.
