Moyos Burgers Brighton Our journey begins with The Soulfoo Philly Cheese Burger - Chef. Brian Moyo’s signature Burger! With a hit like that, we knew our future was patty shaped.

Bursting on to the scene with our Soulfoo Food Bar, fusing African, Black American and Caribbean cuisines we soon realised our burger was a hit. Confirmed when Chef Brian Moyo’s Soulfoo Philly Cheeseburger “Jerked Burger” snared a spot in the finals of the 2018 National Burger Awards. We are, the Bad Boys Burgers OGs but we decided to move on and became the Moyo Brothers. Bad to the bun, brothers for life and always connected to our Soulfoo roots. We love what we do and that love goes in to every bite of the food we serve. If you have had the pleasure of eating Chef Brian Moyo’s cooking, then you would also agree as Gordon Ramsay did! It’s bold, soulful and messy in all the right ways… 😋 Once known as the original Bad Boy Burger signature, this is now the Scotch Burger. We left Bad Boys Burgers, but the flavour lives on!

Served on a bed of lettuce, spaghetti carrots and a slice of tomato, then topped with papitta fritters for the perfect crunch. 😋
