BBQ tuna steak with tomato salsa, crispy quinoa and micro coriander, alongside dressed runner beans with confit garlic, mint, feta and lemon.

Fresh and summery. Just what's needed. Especially for the Bank Holiday coming up...👌

A couple of plates we'd happily order again and again.

Our courgette flower with whipped ricotta, truffle honey, hazelnut and basil brings all the summer flavours, while the braised squid comes with black olive crumb, garlic aioli and grilled focaccia (perfect for mopping up every last bit). 😜

Two very different dishes. Both very hard to resist.

Crispy tempura shiitake mushrooms with parsley mayo, alongside cured cod with ajo blanco, pickled grapes and almonds.

Both 10/10 - would recommend! 👌

Our lemon meringue doughnut is having a moment this summer. 🍋

Filled with lemon curd, topped with meringue and finished with a sprinkling of raspberry crumb. Sweet, sharp, fluffy and gloriously messy.

Go on. You know you want to. 😜
