Our Bienenstich Croissant 🥐

A lovely Coburn and Baker croissant baked again by us with a crunchy caramelised honey & almond topping 🍯
Filled with light and fluffy vanilla crème diplomat (homemade vanilla custard folded through whipped cream)

They are one of our most favourite treats. Inspired by the classic German Bienenstich that we love so much!

‼️UPDATE‼️

Sorry for the sudden closure all, our very little bundle of joy Walter Brian Wardell arrived on Thursday 2nd July, weighing 5lb 5oz 🧸💛

We are obsessed with our gorgeous tiny baby and will be taking another week off for precious family time ❤️

We look forward to getting back to it next week and showing him off 🥹

☀️SUMMER OPENING HOURS☀️

As lots of you guys know we are expecting a baby in the coming weeks! All very exciting, but awkward for our first baby; the cafe ❤️

To help us ease in to parenthood this summer whilst both still working as much as possible at the cafe, we will be changing our hours up a little…

Now only open 4 days a week but slightly longer hours! Come and visit us Thursday - Sunday 9-4:30😀 with hot food served till 3:30pm🥞🥪🍳🥓🥐
