Looking back at some of the dishes that have graced our menu over the past few years. We’re fortunate enough to have had some amazing chefs, managers and waiting staff work in our restaurant, some of whom have gone on to open their own restaurants! It’s always felt like one big family and even though our food style might have changed over the years, we always stuck with the same ethos - full-flavoured food, made from the very best seasonal produce. It’s the reason our menu changes each month, to maintain the high level of quality that matches the availability of seasonal produce.

Here at the Gingerman we've always championed using local produce and suppliers. From local fish from the team at , just a couple miles down the road, to the very best meat for our Sunday roasts from . That's one thing that the government doesn't consider when it thinks of restaurants closing down. It's not just the restaurant and it's workers that are impacted, it's the local farmers, fisherman, butchers and so many more people down the line...

Just 2 weeks till our final night! We've had a rollercoaster of emotions and have been really touched reading all of your messages. In our bio we've put a link to the hospitality campaign "VAT's The Problem". In the UK we have one of the highest VAT rates on the restaurant sector compared to other European countries. If you have the chance, we'd really appreciate you joining the petition too, and reading about some of the other restaurant's stories.

Every Sunday we do a Sunday roast using the very best cuts of meat from local as well as our A La Carte menu. From 6pm on Sundays we also offer Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB), for just £5 corkage customers can bring in their favourite bottle of wine to enjoy alongside their meal.
