Gars is arranged over three floors, with a function room and a bar downstairs, a ground-floor section of sumptuous, red-leather panelling and sexy lighting, and our first floor dining rooms. Gars is a modern Chinese restaurant and our menu is always evolving to reflect changing tastes and new ideas. Plus, the décor of the restaurant catches the excitement and sophistication of a modern, London-style restaurant in the heart of Brighton. While serving mainly modern Chinese cuisine, our menu also includes other favourites such as Thai green curry and Japanese dishes like salmon teriyaki.
