🏉🥇 A Huge Congratulations to Our Very Own Vanessa! 🥇🏉

We’re incredibly proud to announce that our Manager, Vanessa, has been crowned a County Champion with Sussex Rugby!

After an outstanding season, Vanessa and her teammates brought home the gold, becoming Gill Burns County Championship Final 2026 winners. The dedication, commitment and teamwork she shows on the rugby pitch are the very same qualities she brings to The Victory every day.

Whether she’s leading the team behind the bar or helping Sussex bring home silverware, she gives 100% in everything she does.
