Middle Eastern Inspired Kitchen Serving ever changing menus allows us to use seasonal and locally sourced food and create unique combinations and fusions.

Sultan's Delights is a small Brighton based catering company, serving Middle Eastern and Levantine inspired, healthy, home-made, seasonal and local food. We also make our own preserved lemons and spice blends using home grown mint and dill. Sultans Delights serves regular lunch boxes containing a main hot dish accompanied by some side salads and a dip or a sauce. Regularly I serve:

Shakshuka: Tun

isian dish. Peppers cooked in rich tomato sauce, home made preserved lemons, fresh herbs, topped with local free range eggs, home made saffron tzatziki. Normally comes with local bread, side seasonal salad (winter slaw or summery Shirazi salad). Served hot. Bethlehem Gheda: Aromatic Middle Eastern stew with butternut squash, spinach and chickpeas served with Arabic labne ( yoghurt cheese), nutty couscous and side seasonal salad. Iranian rosecoco bean stew with seasonal vegetables, batata harra (Lebanese sauté potatoes), tzatziki and seasonal side salad. Falafel Wraps: Home made freshly cooked falafel patties served with, seasonal salad, home-made hummus, home-made chilli sauce and tahina sauce. We use broad beans when in season instead of chickpeas. Boreks: Deep fried filo pastry rolls filled with spinach and feta or sweet potato and home made za'atar sauce. Freshly cooked leek fritters (winter) and courgette fritters (summer) served with tzatziki. Other dishes served depending on the season and new inspirations. Hey everyone,

Some of you may already know that I've been part of the amazing team at Riverside, our beloved Middle Eastern café and bakery, since last October. I started out as a chef, bringing a few of my old-school Sultans Delights favourites to the menu. As of mid-March, I’ve taken on the role of Front of House Manager—and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’re creating here.

We bake what we believe are the best pittas in the world, serve up authentic Middle Eastern dips, mouthwatering pastries, and meze platters that are seriously next-level.

And now—it’s time to celebrate! Join us as we mark our first birthday in style. We’ll be firing up the BBQs, turning up the sound system, and welcoming the mighty Abyss with their finest craft beers.

Who would've thought pizza 🍕 base could be so tasty 😋 OMG! Mozzarella and almond flour super cheesy, crunchy base is way to go...
I'll make taco shells 🐚 next time with same recipe.
