Goooood morning! I love stuffing veggies. I think it’s a great way to make something simple look elegant and sophisticated. Unfortunately it doesn’t work the same for my figure. 😂😂. Whenever my inspiration was low on the yachts, a stuffed something would come out the galley. In this case, a courgette or zucchini, depending where you are. The courgette is blanched to hold the colour and then a stuffing of onion, garlic, mushrooms and parsley topped with a bread crumb topping popped on the oven to brown and “crunch” up the crumbs, and served with a mushroom sauce elevated with a little truffle. Yummy!

DELICIOUS PUMPKIN SOUP JUST FOR AUTUMN. So the cafe as you know it has now changed. I ran out of options to keep the dream alive. Despite giving my all and doing everything 1 human can do, I had no choice but to walk away. However, I didn’t get a chance to say a Big THANK YOU to everyone who supported me on the journey.
