Cocktail bar in Brighton specialising in creative, seasonal cocktails just outside the Lanes. Clementine & Co. We are open 12pm-12am everyday.

is a fresh and exciting cocktail bar in the heart of Brighton, offering the perfect spot to unwind in the afternoon and evenings. We're all about a relaxed atmosphere, quality drinks and good times. Our cocktail menu features an extensive list of classics alongside unique creations and twists, all crafted with care and attention to detail. Our legendary Happy Hours are:
Sunday - Thursday
12pm til 12am
Friday
12pm til 7pm

Happy hour includes our entire menu at £8.95 or try our £5 cocktail of the week (voted by you every Sunday, check out our Instagram to join in). Look for us at 16 Duke Street in the heart of Brighton! Walk ins welcome but bookings recommended after 6pm and on weekends.

We're hiring!

We're looking for friendly, confident people to join our front of house team at Clementine & Co.

For us, great customer service comes first. We're after people who love chatting with guests, can hold their own during a busy service and bring a bit of character to the job.

Can't make cocktails? No problem. We're happy to teach the right person.

£13 per hour, plus tips and monthly bonuses averaging an additional £5 per hour. This is a full-time position at 35-40 hours.

At least 2 years' hospitality experience required.

They've really nailed what we want Clementine & Co to be. Somewhere you can enjoy thoughtfully made cocktails in a bit more of a friendly and laid back setting.

This Thursday, our very own Lukas will be representing Clementine & Co in the BITE Sussex Waiters Race at Brighton Racecourse!

He'll be going head-to-head with waiters and bartenders from across Brighton, racing with a tray of Sussex sparkling w**e. Speed is important, but spilling a drink comes with a time penalty.

It's all in aid of Justlife - National Homelessness Charity , as part of October Unpacked, and we're looking forward to seeing how he gets on.

New window seats upstairs!

Our downstairs window seats have always been some of the most popular spots in the bar, so we thought we'd give upstairs a go too. We'll see if these become just as popular 😎

We're constantly making little improvements to Clementine & Co. With our small team, it's usually just a bit here and there each month, but it's lovely to see how much the place has changed over the year.

This week’s Cocktail of the Week is the Brighton Mojito! 🍊

A Brighton take on the classic Mojito, made with locally produced Brighton Gin Brighton Gin , and yours for just £6 during Happy Hour!

Throughout October, we’re supporting the Sussex Bat Group 🦇 A volunteer-run charity working across Sussex to rescue and rehabilitate injured bats, care for orphaned pups and protect local bat populations. £1 from every Brighton Mojito sold goes directly towards their work. Sussexbatgroup

Our £6 Cocktail of the Week will be running all month, with a new cocktail every Tuesday. Check out our stories every Sunday to vote.

Brighton Permaculture Trust

Almost halfway through September, so a good time for a reminder of who we’re supporting this month 🍎

Throughout September, £1 from every £6 Cocktail of the Week is being donated to Brighton Permaculture Trust.

They’re a local trust helping people and nature flourish together through practical projects across Brighton and Sussex. Their work includes supporting community orchards, teaching sustainable skills and rescuing tonnes of surplus fruit that would otherwise go to waste.

They also run courses, volunteering opportunities and projects designed to help people learn more about growing food, caring for the land and living a little more sustainably.

And this coming Sunday, 20th September, they’ll be holding their annual Apple Harvest Day at Home Farm Orchard in Stanmer Park 🍎 It’s free to attend, with orchard activities, music and plenty of scrumped c***r from 12–5pm.

Every Cocktail of the Week you order this month helps put a little more towards the work they do.
